# ¿Cómo reviso el saldo de mi giftcard GiftPoint?

## Ingresa a “Mis giftcards”.

Solo puedes ver el saldo de tus **giftcards GiftPoint** si están asociadas a tu cuenta.

Para consultarlo:

1. Ingresa a[**https://giftpoint.io/**](https://giftpoint.io/?utm_source=chatgpt.com)
2. Selecciona el país.
3. Inicia sesión.
4. Haz clic en el ícono de tu perfil (parte superior derecha).
5. Ingresa a **“Mis giftcards”**.

Ahí podrás ver:

- Saldo disponible de tus giftcards GiftPoint
- Todas tus giftcards GiftPoint asociadas

**Importante:** Las giftcards de otras marcas (Megamaxi, La Favorita Digital, Multicines, etc.)  
**NO muestran saldo en GiftPoint.** Para conocer su saldo, debes consultarlo directamente en el comercio correspondiente.
